Dinner at Casa Fabesso
Casa Fabesso is open for dinner by reservation on Thursday, Friday or Saturday evenings and available for parties any night of the week for groups of 10 or more. Reservations are required a minimum or 24 hours in advance. The dinner menu is continually changing and always determined by the market availability of fresh ingredients.
Chef Roberto's uncompromising commitment to using only the best available ingredients ensures that there are always new and exciting creations on the menu. The emphasis is on seasonal local produce and market fresh seafood, meats and poultry. A wide variety of home made baked goods and dolce (sweets) are always on hand as well as specialty coffees from Chef Roberto's vintage classic Faema espresso machine. The restaurant is also licensed.
